We have a closed garage with automatic door. Direct passage from the garage into the house. Both this access door and the outer door of the villa are steel doors.

With the closed circuit camera system, the whole house surroundings can be observed and recorded. There is also an alarm system with remote control and motion sensor.

All balcony doors, terrace doors, room windows and even bathroom windows have an electric shutter system that you can control from the smart home system or from simple buttons right next to it.

Our whole house is air conditioned with central heating and cooling system.

On the living floor there is a large living room and kitchen, a large front terrace with folding windows and a ceiling that can be opened and closed by remote control, you can enjoy the wonderful Fethiye view both in winter and summer. There is an en-suite bedroom in the middle section and a heated indoor swimming pool in the back section. In addition, you can use it either open or closed with remote controlled shutters around our swimming pool and the remote controlled opening and closing ceiling on it, we can relax in your private sauna right next to the pool.

You can control the shutters, lighting, water temperatures and many features of the whole house from the smart home system panel on the living floor.

On the upper floor, there is 1 master bedroom and a bathroom with a view of Fethiye from the window and balcony on the front facade and another bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom on the rear facade.

On the roof floor, there are 2 terraces, 1 small (on the rear facade) and 1 large (on the front facade). The front terrace also has a dining table, a satellite connection that can be fitted with a TV if desired, and a large barbecue. Again, since the front part of this terrace is raised, you can sunbathe as you wish against the uninterrupted Fethiye view away from foreign eyes and enjoy Fethiye, which is sunny 300 days a year.
